Hageta National Tourism Brand

The Social Security Tourism Holding (HEGTA) was established in 2015 (1394 in the Iranian calendar) by the Social Security Organization with the aim of coordination, synergy, and the creation of a value chain within the country’s tourism industry.

HEGTA Holding currently oversees seven groups and investment companies operating in the fields of hotels, accommodation, hospitality services, transportation, tour operations, cultural and shopping centers, and construction and development projects across approximately one hundred locations throughout the country.

1. Homa Hotels Group Company with five five-star hotels 2. Raja Rail Transportation Company with 1,143 wagons on 23 rail routes 3. Iran Tourism & Touring Investment Company, with over 65 three- and four-star hotels 4. Abadgaran Tourism and Recreational Complexes Company, featuring a collection of accommodation and dining units, shopping centers, and timesharing (time-based ownership) facilities. 5. Dehkadeh Saheli Anzali Company features a collection of accommodation units and residential villas. 6. Tamin International Travel and Tourism Services Company

These objectives will be achieved through the management of resources, facilities, and tourism sites under the Social Security Organization and the affiliated institutions and investment funds of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare, with an approach focused on synergy and completing the value chain.

HEGTA, as the largest tourism holding in the country, pursues a range of objectives, including leading the development of Iran’s tourism industry, preserving the dignity and respect of service recipients, employees, retirees, and pensioners under the Social Security Organization through value creation, offering distinctive products based on Iranian-Islamic culture and innovation, planning and constructing accommodation and tourism complexes, implementing large-scale tourism projects, and providing specialized tourism services based on guided tours.

Upgrading the level of empowerment and specialized, professional, and behavioral skills of human capital in line with improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction. 5. Rehabilitation and capacity-based development across the four main axes of the holding company’s activities. 7.
