According to the Public Relations Department of Social Security Tourism Holding (HSTG), this morning, Monday, February 1, a meeting was held with the presence of Alireza Tabesh, CEO of HSTG Holding, and Hojjatollah Seydi, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance and Head of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
In this meeting, the issue of the holding company’s subsidiaries entering the stock exchange, especially Homa Hotels Group, was raised as one of the main topics. The parties discussed the benefits and requirements of this company’s listing and exchanged views on executive solutions to accelerate this process.
Also, how to optimally utilize the stock exchange’s capacities to implement the Seventh Development Plan law and its role in the sustainable development of the tourism sector were other important topics of this meeting. In this regard, strategies for attracting capital and improving the performance of Hegata’s subsidiary companies in the tourism sector were discussed.
Another key theme of the meeting was examining the problems related to Abadgaran Mashhad Company on the stock exchange. In this meeting, solutions were presented to improve the conditions and improve the main missions and functions of this company.
Tabesh emphasized the need for greater interaction and synergy between Hegta Holding and the Stock Exchange Organization at this meeting, saying: “Taking advantage of the capital market’s capacities can play a key role in the development and progress of the tourism industry, attracting new investments, and improving the performance of subsidiaries.”
In this meeting, Seydi, while supporting the listing of Hegta companies on the stock exchange, emphasized the importance of transparency, innovation, and optimal use of available resources in the development of the country’s tourism industry.
