Abadgaran Iran Tourism and Recreational Complexes Company, headquartered in the spiritual capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is a pioneering company in the tourism industry. The company believes that the natural assets present in every sector of the country\u2019s tourism industry are an everlasting heritage, and any physical or functional intervention in them must be carried out with utmost precision, care, and full adherence to environmental considerations. At the same time, as an active company in the tourism industry, and with the support of the Social Security Organization\u2019s Tourism Holding (HEGTA), it seeks to create new and updated opportunities, in line with innovative global approaches in the field. The company was established in 1994 (1373 Iranian calendar) with the aim of investing in the construction, tourism, and travel sectors, starting with an initial capital of 20 billion rials. n 2004 (1383), it was officially accepted as a member of the Tehran Stock Exchange and listed on the main board. Its first public offering took place on January 15, 2005 (26\/10\/1383), as the 407th company in the Construction and Real Estate sector listed on the Exchange. Currently, the company has a registered capital of 240 billion rials and more than 3,000 shareholders. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Koohsangi Tourism and Recreational Complex in Mashhad is located in a highly scenic area overlooking the holy shrine of Imam Reza (PBUH). The natural topography, existing elevations, proximity to Shahid Kalantari Highway, and quick and easy access to the shrine, airport, and central city terminal give the complex a unique and strategic position. The accommodation facilities of the site are situated on the elevated areas, far from the public zones, designed in a way that keeps them away from noise and crowds, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for leisure and relaxation.
The total built-up area of the project is approximately 103,000 square meters, comprising both public and residential uses. The public facilities, covering 25,000 square meters, include convention and event halls, offices for engineering companies and agencies, a reception building, restaurants and food courts, a laundry, hypermarket, children\u2019s playground, coffee shops, extensive and pleasant green spaces, and other amenities.
